With a passion for beauty and wellness, our founder, a Licensed Cosmetologist with an Associate’s Degree in Cosmetology, envisioned a studio where convenience meets excellence. Masterpiece offers a wide range of services including professional hair styling, nail and pedicure treatments, waxing, and lash enhancements. Whether you’re preparing for a special occasion or treating yourself to some well-deserved self-care, every client is treated to a personalized, relaxing, and luxurious experience. Cancellation Policy

🚫 No Refund Policy • All payments for items purchased, services, and deposits are non-refundable. • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the appointment so we can address any concerns. • Any issues reported after the appointment may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but refunds will not be issued. ✨ Appointments • All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, without proper communication, your appointment will be considered a no show. • New clients may be asked to complete a brief intake form to ensure the best service experience. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. • Same-day cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments. 💳 Payments • Deposit of service is required for appointment to be accepted. • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments (e.g., Cash App, Zelle, etc.—list your accepted methods). • All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. • Tips are appreciated but not required and can be given in cash or electronically. 🧼 Health & Safety • Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or have had a recent illness. • For hygiene and safety, no additional guests are allowed unless receiving services. • Children must be supervised at all times. 💁🏽‍♀️ Client Conduct • We maintain a respectful, inclusive, and relaxing environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies. 📸 Photos & Social Media • We may ask to take photos of your finished look for social media (with your permission). • Tag us!
